The SG-8002 series of EPSONTOYOCOM contains a PLL and an OTP ROM, which is programmed in accordance to customers demand. It covers the frequency range of 1 MHz to 125 MHz.
As supply voltage 5V or 3.3 V can be selected. The operating temperature range can be -20 ° C to +70 ° or -40 ° to +85 ° at frequency tolerances of + /-50ppm and 100ppm.
With the "ST / OE" Input-Pin the device can switch to standby-mode.
